Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship from the United Kingdom to:

  • UK addresses via Royal Mail.

  • Europe & International destinations via DHL Globalmail, FedEx FIC, and Royal Mail International services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions shown on site apply automatically.

Processing times

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days to pick and pack (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Drop / launch days & peak periods: please allow an extra 1–2 business days.

  • Pre-orders: the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page. Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may ship together when the pre-order is ready (to avoid extra shipping charges).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Notes:

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday.

  • If you need a timed/next-day courier, contact us before ordering and we’ll try to help.


International Shipping

We use the following services depending on destination and parcel size/weight:

  • DHL Globalmail Packet Tracked
    Estimated delivery: 6–12 working days (destination-dependent). End-to-end tracking available.

  • FedEx FIC (FedEx International Connect)
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days. Tracked service with customs handling.

  • FedEx FIC EU Standard
    Estimated delivery within the EU: 3–6 working days. Tracked service.

  • Royal Mail V2 International Tracked (Europe)
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days. Fully tracked to delivery.

International transit times are estimates and can extend due to customs, carrier backlogs, weather, or remote areas.


Customs, duties & taxes (outside the UK)

  • Orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees set by your country’s customs authority.

  • These charges are not included at checkout (unless explicitly stated) and are payable by the recipient on or before delivery.

  • We cannot control customs processing times or fees. Refusing to pay may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; shipping and any related costs are non-refundable.

    PO Boxes: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. For PO Box delivery, choose Royal Mail or DHL Globalmail where available.


    Missed delivery, returns to sender & reshipments

    If a delivery attempt is missed or the address is incomplete, the carrier may return the parcel to us. We’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply). Unclaimed/returned orders can be refunded minus original postage once received back in sellable condition.


    Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

    • A parcel is considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation window (typically 7–14 working days after the last scan, depending on service). We’ll open a claim for you and replace/refund once confirmed by the carrier.

    • If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and items and email [conflictedheartsch@conflictedheartsch.com]within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.


    Split shipments

    Large or multi-item orders may ship in more than one parcel. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
